Performance & Readiness Analytics
As a foundation for developing Performance & Readiness Analytics, our approach incorporates principles that help your workforce adopt new changes with energy and commitment.
- Baseline Understanding: The baseline measurements are the starting points required to help understand progress and identify areas that will require unique activities or focus. These measurements should include an understanding of the history of the organization and its culture as well as its outlook for the future state vision.
- Simplicity: Data required to support any measures should be readily accessible. Measurements should not be labor intensive to generate and should be available on a timely basis.
- Trending: Measurements should be completed regularly on a scheduled basis to provide visibility to trends that are occurring with the stakeholders or in operations, when tracking performance and productivity.
- Open Communication of Results: Measurement results should be communicated to all team members as well as stakeholders on a regular basis. Solutions to address improvements to results should be provided and shared with all Adapt method team segments.
