Allyson Campos Gilbert is a leader in organizational and digital change management, providing business transformation strategies and initiatives to companies in more than 80 countries around the world. Allyson founded Adaptation, Inc. in 1997 to help companies manage change that affects the workforce as a result of HR and Finance Transformation, Technology, Shared Services, Outsourcing and BPO. Adaptation is one of the 100 Top Woman-Owned Companies in New Jersey.
She has earned recognition from global business leaders as the developer of The ADAPT Method®, a proprietary change management tool. This proven, 9-point methodology is used to guide companies through disruptive workforce change and readiness initiatives.
Prior to founding Adaptation, Allyson was a management consultant at Ernst & Young LLC, working in Mergers/Acquisitions and IT and Process Reengineering. She has held positions in Strategic/Corporate Planning and Information Systems for a startup healthcare company. She received her B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Bucknell University. She is a member of CIANJ and Financial Women’s Association (FWA).
She has been recognized by The New York Times and CBS News-48 Hours for the creation of a 911 charitable corporation, Middletown’s FAVOR.
